Marketing, User Insights & Data Analytics

Ayra is a Co-Founder of Tiny Equations, where she leads marketing, user insights, and data analytics. She oversees dataset collection and processing for AI model training, ensuring that the platform's intelligence is informed by real educational contexts and user behaviour.

She drives product experience research, translating feedback from teachers and students into measurable improvements. She also leads brand strategy and digital outreach initiatives, ensuring that the company's messaging and growth efforts are guided by data and aligned with user needs.

As part of Tiny Equations' research collaboration with LKYCIC at SUTD, Ayra contributes to behavioural and user data analysis supporting the validation of the company's AI models. Her work focuses on learning patterns, engagement signals, and user interaction data that strengthen the research foundation of the Mastery Intelligence System.

Prior to Tiny Equations, Ayra developed experience in marketing leadership while remaining closely involved in education. She worked as a private tutor, advocated for STEM initiatives, organised workshops, and played a key role in expanding Candellar's presence into Singapore.

Currently a final year undergraduate at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), she is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Systems Design, specialising in Business Analytics and Operations Research. Her analytical training and systems perspective strengthen Tiny Equations' ability to scale responsibly while remaining deeply aligned with user needs.
